On this residential development project, we commenced by stripping the topsoil from the greenfield site to prepare for construction. Our team then executed extensive cut and fill operations to achieve the required site levels, including the excavation of road boxes and house plots. We supplied and compacted stone capping for the road boxes to ensure a stable foundation for the roads.

The site presented challenges due to its sloping terrain, necessitating the construction of an embankment. We stabilised this embankment and installed Larson piles to reinforce the structure. Surplus excavated materials were transported to our local wash plant facility, where they were processed and recycled into high-quality aggregates and sands for reuse on-site.

Additionally, we imported stone for the construction of haul roads, ensuring proper compaction and leaving the plots at the specified levels, ready for the next phase of development.
