In 2020, Ruttle took a significant step towards a more sustainable future by investing in a state-of-the-art CDE wash plant, based at the head office in Chorley. With the UK’s Net Zero targets at the core of our decision-making, this investment has instantly reduced the carbon footprint of aggregate users across the North West. Beyond our dedication to creating a greener future for the next generation, we recognized the immense value a wash plant could bring—not only to our operations but also to the wider construction industry.

All our recycled products are graded and rigorously tested by independent UKAS-accredited laboratories and are manufactured in accordance with WRAP and Highways England specifications. Supported by our fleet of tipper wagons, we ensure fast and efficient distribution of recycled materials across the region, helping construction companies build smarter, greener, and more sustainably.
