Bulk Earthworks Contract Secured for Major Housing Development in Poulton-le-Fylde – May 2025
We are proud to announce that in May 2025, we were awarded the bulk earthworks contract for a significant 300-plot residential development in Poulton-le-Fylde, working on behalf of leading contractor M&J Evans Construction. This large-scale housing project is a joint venture between Story Homes and Bellway Homes, aiming to deliver a high-quality mix of 1 to 6-bedroom homes designed to complement the surrounding area.

Our Scope of Works
Our team is delivering a full package of bulk earthworks services, including:
- Full topsoil strip and site clearance
- Cut and fill operations across multiple areas
- Pond excavation and habitat creation
- Peat removal and disposal
- Preparation and installation of compound and welfare facilities for M&J Evans, Story Homes, and Bellway Homes
- Supporting road formation and installation of piling mats for plot construction
