The Ruttle group of companies has its foundation in the formation of a company known as Ruttle Plant Ltd which began trading in 1958. The family run business catered mostly for the rental of construction equipment used within the farming community of the North West of England...

Since then the company has expanded considerably with the introduction of many sister companies throughout the UK, Ruttle properties Ltd, Readyplant Ltd, Ruttle Midlands Ltd, Ruttle Birmingham Ltd and most recently Ruttle Developments. Also Digger Rentals Ltd (Canada) and RentRite Inc. (Atlanta).

Ruttle Group now operates Worldwide servicing over 400 clients and controlling in excess of 2500 items of plant.
