Detailed solid timber flooring, skirting, door architraves and doors will contrast with the chrome/brushed steel effect light switches, sockets and door furniture, with dimmer switches in living areas and bedrooms. Lighting will consist primarily of ceiling down-lighters and where appropriate, there will be elements of ‘designer feature’ lighting, bathroom mirror over-lighting, and a combination of lighting in the bespoke kitchens.

Even radiators will be a feature with designer radiators by Acova & Bisque being fitted throughout in various styles. Detailed plaster coving, UPVC double glazed sash windows will feature throughout.

An emphasis will be made to give each apartment its own individuality, so that no two are the same.
